There is a big possibility that if you use the antibiotics incorrectly you will kill off even more of the good bacterium in your body and which will actually result in the infection becoming more severe.

Tip 2 - You should attempt to avoid foods which contain high levels of sugar and carbohydrates in them. Again these are the types of foods that will actually help your body to produce more yeast and so the levels of good bacterium in your body won't be able to work as effectively at killing it off.

Tip 3 - If you are at all over weight and suffer from regular bouts of yeast infections then it is crucial that you eat more healthy foods and exercise regular. If you are at all overweight the balance of hormones in your body are altered and you will find that your body is resistant to insulin which it needs.

Tip 4 - Another way to help treat and also provide a way of preventing recurrences of yeast infections in the future is through eating and drinking Probiotic foods. These types of foods and drinks such as yogurt contain properties which can help to promote the growth of good bacterium in your body. The more of this bacterium being produced then the more chances your body has of being able to fight yeast infections more effectively.
