When you are working hard, leading a busy life and having to deal with all sorts of stress it can feel "normal" to feel tired all the time. But is that right? An old business partner of mine always seemed to be full of energy whether it was 2am or 4 in the afternoon. Work never made him tired. The only times I saw him tired were when he didn't eat properly. As I used to suffer from tiredness all the time, no matter how much I rested I realised there had to more to it than just being busy. I found out there was a secret to this I had not expected. Candida Tiredness
1 out of 4 people suffer from extreme tiredness. Tiredness serious enough that it can effect you negatively, from your ability to drive a car safely to being able to think clearly. Coffee doesn't help either, in fact it can be part of the problem. I found out that my tiredness and that of 80% of tiredness sufferers, is actually caused by Candida. Candida is a yeast that occurs naturally in the body, but when over stimulated by poor diet and other factors grows too rapidly and actually becomes an infection in the system. Steps to take
If you are suffering from Candida tiredness then there are 3 steps you can take right now to reduce tiredness and boost your energy and concentration levels: Try to get enough sleep. Even though this is obvious, in fact it is the most neglected. Most adults need between 7-9 hours sleep per night. Work and family commitments often mean we don't get this much. Try and do all you can to get a good nights rest each night even if it means turning the TV off half and hour early in the middle of your favourite program so you can hit the sack early enough. Drink plenty of water. The thing that started turning things around for me was when I stopped drinking tea and coffee and drank just hot water instead. I did get some funny comments about it but I didn't mind because I felt better almost immediately. Plus I didn't feel left out when everyone else went on a coffee break. I just had my water instead. Adjust your diet. Candida thrives when your diet is high in sugars, processed food, pasta and yeast products. Avoiding these foods and replacing them with a diet rich in high fibre and vegetables can deal with Candida tiredness once and for all. Following these tips, as simple as they may seem can change your life from an exhausting drag to an energetic adventure. They are simple and effective remedies, so why not try them out.
