Candida Symptoms - 80% of All People Have Candida, Do You?

It may surprise you that as many as 80% of all people have Candida.  Do you?  An even more sobering statistic is that as many 90% of people aren't even aware they have Candida.  Yet everyday they are dealing with Candida symptoms.  Its misdiagnosis leads to the needless suffering of millions of people in our society.

Yeast infections are typically thought of as a localized infection - as in the case of a vaginal yeast infection.  The reality, however, is that Candida infections are spread all over the body.  Not only is Candida the root cause of yeast infections, but also a whole host of other health problems.

With that said, here is a list of Candida symptoms broken down by category.  See which ones you may have:

Digestive Problems

•    Food Allergies

•    Constipation

•    Malabsorbtion

•    Diarrhea

•    Irritable Bowl Syndrome

•    Bloating

•    Colitis

•    Gas

Respiratory Problems

•    Chronic Respiratory Infections

•    Chronic Sinus Problems

•    Chronis Allergies

•    Chronic Asthma

•    Chronic Bronchitis

•    Shortness of Breath

Skin Problems

Eczema

Acne

Psoriasis

Skin Lesions

Chronic Rashes

Mental and Emotions Problems

•    Memory and Learning Problems

•    Depression

•    Premenstrual Syndromes

•    Irritability

•    Brain Fog

•    Insomnia

•    Short Attention Span

•    Mood Swings

Miscellaneous Heath Problems

Hypoglycemia

Impotence

Menstrual Pain

Joint Pain

Joint Swelling

Chronic Yeast Infections

Irritation, Burning, and Redness of the Penis or Vagins

Urinary Problems or Painful Urination

Arthritis

Chronic Fatigue

Muscle Aches

Blurred Vision

Headaches or Constant Migraines

It's a pretty good bet you may have Candida if you suffer from any of these symptoms.  And from this, it's definitely advised to start a Candida diet and even better would be to set on a path that targets the underlying causes of the yeast infection and the associated symptoms.  When you do this, not only can you get relief from those symptoms, but also regain your overall health.
