Many teens today are under more and more pressure to engage in some form of weight loss. Sexier bodies are all the rage now and only becoming more so. Every teen wants to look good physically. But at this point in their lives weight loss may not be the right solution for teens. Yet many teens still want to look good for themselves and their friends. So whats the answer for teen weight loss? The point here is that many teens are still in a process of growing up. Tummies that are a bit chubby now will soon go away as the teen matures physically. So serious dieting and weight loss may not be appropriate now. Nature in its own time will look after this, giving teens the body they want. But there are two points to keep in mind here, for both the normal teen and the teen that has a slight weight problem. The first and biggest is fast food. This is the worst culprit among teens for weight problems. Limit fast food intake. Teens should be aware of this and start cutting down on fast food, for both general over all health and proper weight. The next is to have proper exercise. Nobody expects teens to be running marathons, just a simple 2 or 3 workouts a week to get the blood pumping and the heart working. This can be simple as going for a brisk walk, an evening of dancing, or skiing on the local mountain. Get active. Even the littlest bit helps.
