How I Personally Used These 3 Tips When Nothing Else Worked

Are you having trouble when it comes to shedding a few pesky pounds? It might be a lot more than a few pounds. The best part is that it doesn't matter. I was once in your exact same situation. No matter what I did I couldn't lose weight.

In this article I'd like to share with you a few of the tips I used to get me on track. I was shocked when I found that the reason I wasn't losing weight was because of these simple steps I left out.

Weight Loss Tip #1-

The first tip is the most important. It doesn't involve healthy eating or exercise either. This step involves coming up with a vision of what you want. You need to take a few minutes and think about what you want to look like. Write down how great you would feel if you were that person. Write down how your life would change for the better. Be as descriptive as possible when doing this.

Weight Loss Tip #2-

The second thing you need to do is make a few goals. Now that you know you want to look great, you need to take action to get there. A goal is nothing unless it is specific and measurable. It's needs to detail what you have to do and it needs a deadline. So a goal to get the body of your dreams would be to "lose 20 pounds of fat by May 1st." Then write down specific steps to make your goal happen.

Weight Loss Tip #3-

The last tip is to monitor your progress. It's important that you keep a journal of your weight loss progression. In this journal you can write down certain foods you've eaten and how many calories they contain. You can also write down how long you exercised and what exercises you did for how long. Keeping a journal will help you see where you need to step up your efforts. It will also help you see your progress.
