Fasting For Fat Loss

I wanted to talk to you about fasting for fat loss. This is a relatively new way of eating that can help you drop the pounds without having to change the types of food you have to eat. A lot of people assume that this is a form of starvation, but the fact is that you'll still eat about the same amount of calories on average. This type of eating has got very popular due to a recent study that showed people lost weight. It also concluded that people were much better at producing hormones and dealing with stress, which made the study conclude people would actually live longer. This is why I wanted to talk to you about fasting for fat loss.

Eating like this is relatively simple. You have a period of eating for 24 hours, where you can eat as much as you want, even if it is fattening. The next 24 hours are a fasting time where you'll just have simple things like water. Sometimes this is a little hard for most people, so you can do 48 hours of eating, than a 24 hour period of fasting. It all depends on how well you can do it. Remember, this isn't starvation. You'll still be eating around the same amount of calories on average.

Fasting for fat loss is actually a natural way to eat and I would argue the way our body is designed to work. If you look at more primitive humans, they had to hunt. They would start their day going out to find something to eat. Sometimes they'd catch something and sometimes they didn't. That means some days they ate and some days they didn't.
