Does Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle Live Up to the Hype?

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is one of the diet programs available on the market today. But with all the diets available it can sometimes be difficult to choose which one is the best and which one will be successful. In order to determine this, you should compare the various diets and analyze how they claim to work.
