Wouldn't it be great to walk around with a nice set of abs? Imagine all of the attention you'd get at the beach? Even with a shirt on most people would be able to tell that you're in shape. The problem with that picture is that it can take some work to get a set of chiseled abs. I am going to share with you a few tips that finally worked for me. After trying out a whole bunch of different gimmicks, I finally found out what worked. What's even more interesting, it didn't have anything to do with exercising or eating healthy. Tip #1- The first step is to create a plan of action. What I mean by this is that you need to create a clear vision of what you want. In this case you obviously want a nice set of abs. Now go ahead and write a few goals that will help you get the body of your dreams. Make sure your goals are specific and measurable. "Lose 10 pounds by March 1st" is a good goal. "Start eating 5-small healthy meals by February 15th". Tip #2- The next step is to do something that I find to be the most difficult. You have to be very honest with yourself. You've decided that you want to look great, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. You've decided that you need to make a change and writing down goals will help you get there. Now you have to ask yourself if you're willing to pay the price. Are you willing to do the necessary things (eat healthy, workout at 6:00 a.m.) to achieve your dreams? Tip #3- The last thing is to keep a log of your progress. I want you to write down everything you eat throughout the day. This will help you stay on track with your small healthy meals. It will also show you how many calories you're eating and what you can cut out. Then you need to write down how much exercise you did and for how long you did. Once a week I would even write down how much you weighed. Doing this will help you stay and track and give you the extra motivation to get the body of your dreams.
