People who have low activity level will also have slower metabolism. This is why you will need to do some exercises in order to lose fat effectively. This is more important for people who are after the age of 30. You need to increase your activity level in order to lose fat.

In order to boost your metabolism, you will need to do a few things. First of all, it is a must for you to do exercises. Besides, you will need to make sure that you will have enough energy. To this end you will need to have a balanced diet. You should never go for the idea of fasting. Drinking a lot of water every day is also very important. Remember, you will need to make sure that you will be drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of waters a day. This will help to make sure that you can be losing weight easily!
