So how to lose love handles the fast way? Here are our tips for you:

1. Create a nutritional meal plan and write it down. It is more effective if you can see your meal plan for the rest of the week/month rather than visualizing it so that you can stick to it.

2. Be more active. Engage yourself in a regular exercise routine or sports to help you lose weight aside from eating healthy. This may include walking for 30 minutes a day or biking or swimming.

3. Do an extra exercise specifically targeting your abdominal muscles and waist to lose those love handles. This may include sit-ups, hip rollers, and crunches.
