Rachel Ray's Diet Program - Acai Berry

Rachel Ray, the celebrity chef & author, known for her fast & easy recipes, is talking a lot about weight loss on her television show these days. Her new diet plan is the one that has been adapted by Oprah Winfrey & Brad Pitt as well. Devised by medical & health experts like Dr. Mehmet Oz, Dr. Nicholas V. Perricone & Mr. Bob Greene - it is the dynamic duo of acai berry & colon cleansing diet.

Acai berry is a grape like fruit that grows on the acai palm trees at the Amazonian rain forests of Brazil. It is now known as the True Super Food as per Dr. Oz & Dr. Perricone. It is tested to have the highest content of anti oxidants ever known to mankind. Besides it is also home to nutrients like vitamin A, B1, C, D & E, iron, calcium, fibers, omega 3 fatty acids & amino acid. It is traditionally used by the South Americans for over 200 years to get rid of all their digestion problems.
