Fat Loss 4 Idiots Free Trial

In this article we will offer a fat loss 4 idiots free trial. Most people that are considering doing the fat loss 4 idiots diet just want to know how it might work for them or what is included before they purchase the program. At least thats the way I felt. Even though $39 bucks is cheap I didn't want to fork out any cash until I could see a sample meal plan and try it out myself to see if I lost weight.

Below is a 3 day meal plan you can try for yourself. REMEMBER: This is not specific for you. It may not have all your favorite food choices but its the best that can be done without you actually having to buy the program. When you have your own food menu generator you will be able to pick out foods YOU like and it will print out a meal plan specific for you with all your favotire foods and you just follow it like the one below. But for those of you that would like a free trial of the idiot proof diet you can try the one below for now.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots Free Trial - First Day (these time frames for eating can be moved around just eat every 3-4 hours)

  • 9am - 4 oz chicken breast grilled on george foreman grill
  • Noon - Fruit salad (pineapple, grapes, peaches, apple and banana)
  • 4pm - 3 oz salmon
  • 7pm - Cottage cheese with 2 wheat thins

Second Day

  • 10am - Oatmeal with handfull of blueberries
  • Noon - Tuna salad
  • 4pm - Roast beef sandwich (light mayo and whole wheat bread)
  • 7pm -  Scrambled eggs

Third Day

  • 10am - Bowl of mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and celery)
  • Noon - Broiled sea bass
  • 4pm - Sausage links
  • 7pm - Tuna salad 

Many people have emailed me asking for a free sample of the fat loss for idiots diet plan and I have done something similar to this and they have tried it and loved the simplicity of it. The only problem here is that there might be foods you don't like. Obviously with your own menu generator you get to pick the foods YOU like and a full 11 day menu is printed for you.
