Calorie Shifting Diet - The Latest Diet For Losing Weight Ra

Have you heard of the Calorie Shifting Diet? Perhaps not as this is the latest diet for losing weight rapidly so if you have not heard of this yet, that is totally fine. If you have, are you sure you know everything about the Calorie Shifting Diet? The only way to find out is to read the rest of this article.

The Calorie Shifting Diet is a simple and effective diet that almost anyone can follow. As the name suggests, the basic premise of this diet is to shift your calorie intake every now and then. However, you cannot start this diet without starting first on a diet that carefully takes into account your calorie intake on a daily basis. That's right! If you want to go on a Calorie Shifting Diet, you must first go on a diet wherein you meticulously measure your calorie intake everyday for at least 4 weeks. This is only possible if you are cautious enough of the calories on your foods. As to how much calories you are allowed to have in a day, the best thing to know is to consult your dietitian. Nevertheless, it is alright to start on 2,000 calories per day just to be on the safe side.

As soon as you already conditioned your body to have 2,000 calories only a day for continuous period of 4 weeks, that is when you can start a Calorie Shifting Diet. Because your body is now used to 2,000 calories a day only, you can start this diet by adding another 400 (or 2,400 cal) calories on your food intake for the 2 to 3 days in a week. After that, you do the other way around which is decreasing your calorie intake by 400 calories as well (or 1,600 cal) everyday for 2 to 3 days in a week too. Do this increase and decrease in your calorie intake from 300 to 600 per week for 4 consecutive weeks and you will see the weight loss effect of this wonder Calorie Shifting Diet.
