Alkaline Forming Foods Can Make You Healthier in Just 3 Days

Alkaline forming foods can help you stay healthy and reverse the process of premature aging. Like you, I was also victim of acidity. Acidity is due to the food that we regularly take in. The truth is, a Western diet is already very acidic. So if you are a first world employee, like myself, your stress levels may already be due to acidity than anything. The only way to counter acidity is to eat alkaline forming foods. Let me tell you why.

Alkaline forming foods are balancing foods. It takes the acidity of the body and balances our inner terrain. Without acidity and with our pH levels in check, we will be healthier, we will feel younger, and we will have explosive energy to do our everyday responsibilities.

When I was acidic I always felt sick and tired even though I have complete rest and I have a sedentary lifestyle. I began to fall ill. I started feeling aches and pains in my joints and muscles. I began feeling major symptoms from my lungs. I also have intermittent migraine headaches even when at rest. I did not know what to do so I called up my doctor. I asked him about my symptoms and he told me to eat alkaline forming foods. He said that I may be acidic. Hence the symptoms I was feeling.

I followed his advice. I ate only alkaline forming foods and the symptoms I had went away in just 3 days. Allow me share with you the routine that changed my life and health.

1. I exercised daily. Even if you don't have the time to exercise daily, try and get into an exercise routine regularly. If you exercise regularly, you will feel younger and you can strengthen your immune system as well. Try and find a fun exercise routine and stick with it regularly. You can get into sports, like basketball, if you want a total body workout as well as an endurance workout.

2. Stay away from drinking and smoking. Both habits are very unhealthy. Drinking can cause liver cancer and smoking can cause lung cancer. Just imagine the health benefits you will immediately get if you stop these unhealthy habits.

3. Eat a balanced diet. Try and incorporate fruits and vegetables in your diet. Fruits and vegetables will not only give you the vitamins and minerals that your body needs for energy, it can also cleanse your body of toxins.
