3 Day Facelift Diet - Dr Perricone's Miracle 3 Day Facelift

The brides are always tensed about 'n' number of things - their shopping, their new life, the new apartment, etc. Amidst all that, their face gets filled of wrinkles, eyes red like blood and the face gloomy with sleepless nights. While traditionally people are used to taking a 5 months long schedule to get rid of these tension wrinkles, the US' dermatologist & skin care specialist ensures fresh & glowing skin just in three days.

This diet promises dramatic results just by following the high lean protein diet chart given by Dr. Nicholas Perricone. Dr. N. V. Perricone has recently authored a book that suggests a 28 day meal plan and this 3 days face lift diet is offered their as a trial pack.

The key features of this diet are:

• Reduced saturated fats
• Refined sugars
• High glycemic carbohydrates
• Lot of Water
• Lot of vegetables
• 6 meals of the salmon fish
• Quit coffee
• Quit soda

With salmon on the run all three days, one basic fact is that this diet is really not so affordable for everyone. Never the less, for those who can, it is surely effective by all means!

The diet highlights of the diet are as follows:

Early morning:
• 8 - 12 ounces of spring water

Breakfast:
• 1 whole egg along with 3 egg whites and / or 4 - 6 ounce of broiled salmon
• Half cup cooked oat meal (not instant)
• 4 oz. cantaloupe or 1/4 cup of fresh berries
• At least 8 - 12 ounces of spring water (You may have more water if you feel like.)

Lunch:
• 4 - 6 ounces of grilled salmon or the tuna packed in the spring water
• 2 cups of romaine lettuce
• 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil & freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 4 oz. cantaloupe or 1/4 cup of fresh berries
• At least 8 - 12 ounces of spring water (You may have more water if you feel like.)
