Dr Perricone's Nutritional Facelift Plan - 3-Day Nutritional

Dr. Nicholas V. Perricone is the known skin care specialist & dermatologist. He is now one among the panel of experts of the Oprah Winfrey show. Also he is the go-to doctor for Oprah. In all his write ups, interviews and appearances these days he is talking about his new found weight loss program based on acai berry. Besides, he is also promoting his 3-day facelift diet.

As he claims, this diet is equivalent to the months-long treatment that you undergo for the maintenance of a healthy skin. That means, he has created a miracle for the brides! The highlights of his diet plans are as follows:

• Quit coffee, tea & soda.
• Have loads of water.
• Have lots of raw fruits & vegetables.
• You must not have any saturated fats.
• You have to give up on the refined sugars.
• You must not have the high glycemic carbohydrates.
• Always have the proteins first.

Here follows a glimpse of the diet mentioned in this plan:

Early Morning
• When you wake up, you must have 8 - 12 ounces of pure spring water. In case you can have more, it would be great for you.

The Breakfast
• 3 egg whites along with 1 whole egg and / or 4 - 6 ounce of broiled salmon (salmon must be wild or organic)
• Oat meal - 1/2 cup (cooked - not instant)
• Cantaloupe 4 oz. or Fresh berries - 1/4 cup
• Pure spring water - at least 8 - 12 (in case you have more, go for it)

Lunch
• Grilled salmon / Tuna packed in spring water - 4 - 6 ounces
• Romaine lettuce - 2 cups
• 1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil along with fresh squeezed lemon (just to taste)
• Cantaloupe 4 oz. or Fresh berries - 1/4 cup
• Pure spring water - at least 8 - 12 (in case you have more, go for it)
