I also had this dream but it was difficult for me to achieve. I tried a lot of different things but I still couldn't get a six pack. Little did I know that what I was doing had no bearing on whether I would have a six pack or not. I guarantee if you don't follow this tip you'll never get a set of washboard abs. This tip is to create a vision of what you want to look like in the future. Paint a picture of yourself with a nice six pack. Think of how great it would feel to be that person. Then make a few goals to make it happen. When setting goals make sure they are specific and measurable. All good goals spell out exactly what you want and they contain a deadline. Abs Exercise Tip #2- The next step is to ask yourself if you're willing to pay the price. Getting a six pack isn't as easy at the people on TV make it sound. You have to starting eating healthier. You have to start exercising to lose the extra fat around your belly. You have to ask yourself if you're really willing to do this. It's great to make goals an get motivated, but if you're not willing to take action it won't matter. Abs Exercise Tip #3- Each and every day you need to write in a journal about your successes or failures. Write down your feelings about your new journey. Write down the food you've eaten and the amount of calories the food contains. Write down how long you worked out for and what exercises you did. By keeping track of your progress you can't see where you've been and where are going. This will help you set new goals along the way.
