There are a lot of different ways to lose fat around your stomach. However, some methods work, but simply take too long. Other ways to lose fat around your stomach don't take much time but they don't work either. Today I'm going to show you how to lose fat around your stomach, or at least appear to lose fat around your stomach, in just a few seconds per day. You can do this exercise literally anywhere in the world, at any time, and in under 1 minute total. It's been around for decades and was used by some of the most famous bodybuilders in the world to get abs that were flatter than you can imagine! So first of all, the exercise is called "The Vacuum". Here's how you do it. Stand slightly bent over with your hands on your knees/mid-thighs. Blow out all the air in your lungs, and using your stomach muscles, pretend you're trying to make your belly button touch your spine. I usually try to do this for 5-6 seconds but I make sure I suck in my stomach as hard as possible. It's pretty much just an isometric exercise for your stomach. What happens when you do this is that you activate your inner abdominal muscles called your transverse abdominals. These incredibly important yet almost always overlooked muscles are responsible for keeping your lower back and stomach muscles tight and sucked in. In other words, it keeps them tight and protected from injury. Now, since this exercise helps you tighten and "suck in" your stomach, it will look like you're losing fat around your stomach even if you're not, simply because your stomach muscles will be sucked in more! This is a very easy and very quick way to lose fat around your stomach - or at least make it seem that way. It also helps strengthen your core from the inside out which will give you instant strength in virtually all your lifts. By doing this exercise you won't even have to lose fat around your stomach but you can start looking skinnier within as little as a week to 3 weeks!
