If you're trying to get a nice six pack but can't do so this might be for a number of reasons. Somebody have very low body fat percentages, but they don't have enough muscle to see their abs. Then the majority of the people have abs, it's just they can't see them because they're covered with a stubborn layer of fat. Today I am going to share with you in this article a few of the tips you can use to help you out on your journey. I had a difficult time getting a six pack until I started following these simple steps. Step #1- The first step is to decide what you want and how you're going to get it. This means that you need to paint a clear picture of the body that you want. Then you need to decide what you need to do to get it. This means that you might have to forego fast food or soda. You might have to wake up an extra half hour early so you can workout. The last step is to ask yourself if you're willing to pay the price. You know what it takes, now are you willing to do what it takes? Step #2- The second step is to make sure you stay on track. This is why it's important that you keep a journal every day of your progress. You need to write a few crucial things in your journal. The first being you need to keep track of what you ate. You need to make sure you're not going over your caloric intake. The next thing is to track how long you worked out for. The last is to keep track about how you feel about what you're doing. This will boost your morale and give you motivation when you're not motivated. Step #3- The last step is to make it fun and interesting. Reward yourself if you reach a certain milestone. So if you lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks, go buy a new DVD. Whatever you do, don't reward yourself with a treat. This is will derail your progress and make you fill guilty. It's also important to change up your meal plans so you aren't bored eating the same thing. The last thing is to change your workouts. One day run, the next day do ab exercises.
