There are tons of fad six pack diets to follow these days. You will want to watch out for these and not believe everything that you hear or read. Many of the fad diets today are just trying to get your money and not really care about what kind of results you get. These fad diets are actually kind of dangerous for you. They will want you to lower your calories by way to much. Or want you to not eat very much and with these two combined you will have no energy to develop any muscle or energy. Try to eat 5-6 small meals per day. This will make it easier for your body to break down and digest the food you just ate. If your body spends less energy on food digestion then it leaves more energy to burn fat and calories to lose weight. It may sound weird but you do need to eat even to lose weight. You do have to watch what you eat and drink. Drink lots of water and tea's. Don't drink any soda's or coffee. The caffeine and sugar is very bad for you. You don't want to do the traditional exercises either. Many of these are worse for you. Sit-ups are bad because they put excess strain on your back and neck. You can do crunches and incline crunches but just make sure you are doing them correctly. You don't want to only concentrate on your abdominals. It is important to work on your entire body. This way your body equals out and will gain in all areas. If you were to only work on your abdominals then you will peak and no longer get any more gains. Try working on your lower back and chest also.
