Try These 3 Tips That Will Kick-Start Your Quest For a 6-Pac

I have some good news and I have some bad news. The good news is that Summer doesn't start until June 21st. The bad news is that you have nowhere near the body you want to be seen with at the beach. I also struggled to get nice abs until I found out what I needed to do.

In this article I am going to show you exactly what you can do to get a 6-pack. Now you'll notice that what I am going to tell you isn't conventional wisdom. It might sound more motivational than nutritional. But motivation and being organized is key when it comes to looking great.

Abs Tip #1-

The first step is to create a vision of what you want to look like. I assume that you want a 6-pack in time for summer. Picture yourself walking around the beach with the new six pack. Imagine the feelings you'll experience when you finally get a 6-pack. Now you need to come up a plan on how to get a 6-pack. Write down some goals that will help get you on track. "Lose weight quickly" is a terrible goal to have. "Lose 20 Pounds by May 1st" is a great goal.

Abs Tip #2-

Now that you've decided that you want to make a change, you need to ask yourself a very important question. The question you have to ask yourself is if you're willing to pay the price. It's fun to write down goals and get excited. But there is a little work involved. Are you willing to the necessary things (eat healthy, exercise) to get a six pack?

Abs Tip #3-

The final step is actually kind of fun. In this step I am asking you to track your progress. Write down how much weight you've lost once per week. Write down the foods you eat throughout the day. Write down the exercise you did for the day and how long. If you do this you'll get into a routine. After a while you won't have to write down everything because you'll be in a good habit. It will just come natural to you to avoid certain things and gravitate toward others.
